1. You’re always tired

If you constantly feel drained (even after a full night’s sleep), it may be more than a busy schedule catching up with you. Low testosterone can contribute to chronic fatigue, reduced stamina, and a noticeable drop in motivation.

Testosterone supports sexual desire, arousal, and overall sexual function. When levels drop, though, many men notice a decrease in libido, reduced interest in sexual activity, and sometimes difficulty with sexual performance.
