As always, this is the place to go for fast, quality care. Even when they are very obviously busy, they run smoothly. I wanted to get away from Duke family physicians, and I was recommended to see Hatefi from a family member. I have been bringing my family here for the last four years, and I’m so glad I made that decision.

Reza Hatefi, PA-C It’s very competent and caring physician. He takes his time and explains to his patients everything that’s going on. He’s very good at listening to what our concerns are and trying to not manage the problem but also help correct the issue that started the problem at the beginning. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Everybody I’ve interacted with at this practice has been helpful and nice. And honestly that is unlike most of the experiences I have with healthcare providers these days. The provider I saw listened to my concerns and provided care that solved my problems. I came in as an urgent care patient but this will be my primary care practice moving forward.

I was able to make an appointment on very short notice. I was seen within minutes of the appointed time. Diagnosis and treatment were provided expeditiously. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Fully recommend this medical practice.

Everyone is very friendly. They listen carefully and develop an action plan, starting with the least invasive solutions for any issues that may concern you - and advance if necessary. It is a collaborative relationship and I feel very confident in their recommendations and strategies.
